Rana S. Ramadan
Rana Ramadan
has a Master’s degree in education and is working towards her Ph.D. specializing in Special Education at the UAE University. She has extensive research interest in schools’ education quality assurance, effective school leadership, and the use of assistive technology in special education. Rana brings experience from the field through her work in school monitoring and quality assurance for more than 10 years, she is currently holding the role of school inspection project manager at the Abu Dhabi Department of Education (ADEK). Rana is passionate about contributing to the research and development of new systems and methodologies in school quality assurance that proves to be impactful and supportive to all schools in improving the quality of education provision.
