is an academic member of Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, bringing a unique perspective to career and professional development. With a background in psychology. He specializes in counseling, psychotherapy, career guidance, positive psychology, and personality development. His dedication lies in empowering adolescents and undergraduates to confidently navigate the exciting world of work. Through innovative research, he is developing effective strategies to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their chosen careers in the work world. Future research studies will directed towards introducing an evidence-based approach to career preparation.
