Raquel Segura-Fernández
Raquel Segura
is a teacher, and a specialist in Therapeutic Pedagogy with a master's degree in Applied Psychology. She is a PhD student at Castilla-La Mancha University (UCLM; Spain). Segura has been under predoctoral contract in the Department of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education (UCLM) from 2019 to 2021. Her line of research is the development of Intercultural and Global Competence in pre-service teachers. She has also encompassed other lines of study such as: Communities of Practice, critical education, reflective thinking and initial teacher training and professional development of teachers. Along these lines, Segura has joined in different congress, and she has published chapters and articles indexed in JCR. Finally, she is strongly committed to non-profit work. She was coordinator of a socio-educational projects at a NGO from 2017 to 2020.
