Rifkatu Nghargbu
Rifkatu Nghargbu
is a Health Economist with a Ph.D from University of Ibadan under the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) Collaborative Ph.D Program (CPP). She has conducted extensive research in the area of Health Economics, Macroeconomics, Mineral Economics, Development Economics and Gender studies. She has nine years of lecturing experience from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Federal University Lafia and Nasarawa State University Keffi. She was also a Research Fellow of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, National Assembly for three years. Dr Rifkatu is a Fellow of the African Economic Research Consortium, African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), Visiting Research Fellow under the AERC/AfDB Scholars Exchange Program of the African Development Bank (AfDB). She is a Member of International Health Economics Association(IHEA), African Health Economics and Policy association (AFHEA) and Nigeria Economic Society (NES). She is presently a Lecturer with Nasarawa State University Keffi, Nigeria.
