Rinkey Sharma
Rinkey Sharma
graduated from North Bengal University, Department of Law in 2016 with B.A.LL.B(Hons) degree. She completed her LL.M. from the same institution in 2019. Her dissertation topic for LL.M was “A Study on the Legal Regime for the Prevention of Cyber Crimes in India” under the supervision of Dr. Sujit Kumar Biswas, Assistant Professor of Law, Department of Law, University of North Bengal. She has worked as a member of NSS and has been a part of the Legal Awareness Cell of her University. Her areas of interest include Criminal Laws, Constitutional Laws, and Environmental Law. She has also actively participated and presented papers in National Seminars. Besides these, she has number of publications as well to add to her credit. Currently, she is engaged as Assistant Professor of Law at Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Siliguri, West Bengal since 2019 and is also pursuing Ph.D (Law) from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar.
