Rodrigo Sandoval-Almazán
Rodrigo Sandoval-Almazan
is Associate Professor of Social and Political Sciences Faculty of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM) based in Toluca, México. He has been professor of the Graduate School of Public Administration (EGAP) and Business Administration (EGADE) of the Institute of Technology and Superior Studies of Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Estado de Mexico. He is a member of the National Researchers System Level 2. He has authored or coauthored more than 30 research papers and the book Building Digital Government Strategies (2017). In 2013 he won the 2nd Latin American Award for Public Administration (INAP). Dr. Sandoval Almazan is a member of Mexican Academy of Science and some editorial boards of e-government journals such as Government Information Quarterly, IJPADA. His research interests include e-government metrics, public innovation, information technology organizations, social media in government, and open government.
