Roxanne Kemp
Roxanne Kemp
, with over 25 years of experience as a leader in for-profit and nonprofit organizations, is a skilled higher education administrator, educator, curriculum designer, and social scientist. Dr. Kemp earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Tarleton State University, and she also earned a Ph.D. in technology from Capitol Technology University. She also completed an 18-hour graduate program at Stephen F. Austin in educational leadership for K–12 principals and 18 doctoral hours in business at the University of Incarnate Word. Kemp has extensive experience hiring, leading, and training academic and project teams, academic leaders, curriculum developers, LMS administrators, instructional designers, and more. She also pioneered the use of learning management systems (LMS) in the planning, design, production, and management of virtual and on-ground educational programs.
