Shuchi Dawra
is Professor, Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She is a Doctorate in in the domain of human resource management and organizational behaviour from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. She has varied experience of 16 years in industry and academia with expertise in HRM practices, work-life balance (WLB), TQM, CSR and HR analytics. She is M Com, MBA(HR), UGC(NET); and is HR analytics certified from the IIM, Rohtak. Her area of expertise include Global Practices in HRM, Organizational Behaviour & Research. She has successfully supervised two doctoral research on TQM in Higher Education in Engineering and Work Life Balance; at present she is mentoring 4 Phd Research Scholars(Senior Corporate Executives and academicians) in the Research domains of Self efficacy and Internships, CSR & leadership; and Work life Balance.She has her research publication in reputed international and national journals. She is also a reviewer, and has chaired sessions in the conferences.
