Simon Cleveland

Simon Cleveland is a professor of project management Purdue University Global. Dr. Cleveland is a graduate of George Mason University with Bachelor of Science degree in Business, of the George Washington University with a Master of Science degree in Project Management, of the City University of Seattle with a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, with a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, and with a Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. He is also certified as a project management professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) expert, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations expert. Dr. Cleveland is the author of over 50 peer-reviewed publications in journals and conferences, and is a three-time recipient of the prestigious Dr. Harold Kerzner Scholarship which is awarded by the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation. Professionally, Dr. Cleveland has worked as both technology manager, program manager and PMO Director for organizations such as MD Anderson Cancer Center, Department of Homeland Security, NASA, Accenture, and AOL.
