Stefan Handke

Stefan Handke is Professor of Public Management. He holds a doctorate in political science. Before being appointed to the HTWD, he was Managing Director of the accreditation agency ACQUIN. In this position, he gained extensive experience in the development and quality assurance of higher education programmes. Stefan was a member of the Board of ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education) and CEENQA (Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education). His work in international quality assurance has focussed on the entire European Higher Education Area.
