Stephen Mallory
Stephen Mallory
is a game studies researcher, game designer, and historian. He holds a BA in History from Texas Tech University and both an MA and PHD in Arts and Technology from the University of Texas at Dallas. His research interests are studying analog and digital games as techno-cultural sites for replication of fascist indoctrination, resistance to state-sponsored educational indoctrination, and critical exploration of what game mechanics and rules teach players hidden within their lusory attitudes.
