Syed Noorul Shajar
Syed Noorul Shajar
is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at VIT University, Vellore. He has 5 years of post-Ph.D. teaching and research experience in the domain of Accounting and Finance. His research interests include Corporate Finance, Working Capital management, Corporate Governance, Renewable energy, and Green Finance. He has published 9 papers in journals indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, and ABDC etc. He has also received grant from Government of India to present his research paper in an International conference in Japan. Moreover, he has presented several research papers at seminar and conferences in India. He has been an active member of the Board of studies, Syllabus Committee and several other committees for 3 different organizations. Dr. Syed Noorul Shajar is a passionate educator and researcher. He is committed to teaching students the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers and make a positive impact on the world. He is also very keen and committed to conducting research that advances the field of Corporate Governance, Green finance, and renewable energy.
