Sasilatha T.
, Professor and Dean, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has 26 years of experience in teaching, research and administration. She received her B.E Degree from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, ME and Ph.D. Degrees from Anna University, Chennai. She has received CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from UK. She has published more than 100 articles in refereed International Journals and Conferences. Prior to joining AMET in 2017, she had served as a Faculty and elevated as various academic positions in St. Joseph’s group of Institutions from 1996 to 2013. She served as Vice Principal in affiliated colleges. She has performed funded research projects and has participated in industry collaborated projects. She is a member of IEEE professional society, Life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and IAENG. She has guided 5 Ph.D. scholars and guiding 08 research scholars in the area of VLSI Design, Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing and Wireless Sensor Networks. She has received certificate of appreciation from the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU) in 2019. Recently she has organized AICTE funded National conference and AICTE funded Short term training Program.
