Taiwo Hassan Ajadi
is a budding academic researcher trained at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where he has made significant contributions to the field of green Human Resource Management and now entrepreneurship. With a profound passion for business and organization management, Ajadi has become a recognized authority in the academic and professional community. Ajadi holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from UKZN, where they conducted ground-breaking research on 'The Place of human resource in developing workplace green behavior model for eThekwini Municipality Durban, South Africa'. This research has been instrumental in advancing our understanding of the concept of green human resource management activities across public sector organizations and has been published in numerous prestigious journals. Throughout his career, Dr. Ajadi has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of scholars. They have taught a wide range of courses in human resource management and have supervised several successful graduate students. As one of the authors of the book chapter titled “The Influence of Family Dynamics on Entrepreneurial Intentions and Self-efficacy,” in the book “Cases on the interplay between Family, Entrepreneurship, and Society” published by IGI Global, Ajadi brings together years of expertise and a wealth of knowledge to contribute to the collective understanding of the Influence of Family Dynamics on Entrepreneurial Intentions and Self-efficacy.
