Tushar Kanti Das
is currently working as Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Sambalpur University, Odisha, India. His research areas are social safety net, social development, centre state financial relations, livelihood study, convergence theory, micro-finance and sustainable development. He has published his research papers in edited books, scopus, UGC-CARE indexed national and international journals. He also acted as reviewer for several journals. He presented his research papers in many national and international conferences.
