Viswesh Sekhar
Viswesh Sekhar
is presently working as Assistant Professor (Law) in the School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore. He was a practicing advocate based in Bangalore. He completed his graduation in 1997 from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and enrolled as an advocate that year. He completed his LL. M. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2015. After his LL.M., he completed his Ph.D. in 2020. His areas of expertise are Human Rights and Disability Law. He has extensive expertise in these areas and was part of the Indian NGO Delegation to the United Nations where the country’s report on the UNCRPD was tabled and the report was given by the United Nations. He has several publications to his credit. He has attended several seminars and conferences as a resource person. He is also a member of the Local Level Guardianship Committee under the National Trust Act for Bangalore Urban.
