Viviana Perilli
Viviana Perilli, clinical psychologist and PhD in psychology of cognitive, emotional and communicative processes, is a research assistant at the No-Profit Organization Lega del filo d’Oro, site in Molfetta, Italy. Her main topics concern cognitive-behavioral interventions for persons affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, post-coma persons in a vegetative or minimally conscious state, psycho-sensorial disabilities, extensive motor disabilities and developmental disabilities. Currently she is involved in research projects focus on the use of assistive technologies for promoting alternative communication for non verbal people, adequate physical exercise or ambulation and for reducing challenging behaviors. Within this framework, she is author and co-author of several papers on different international peer-reviewed journals and books.
