Wendy M. Green

Wendy Green specializes in the area of learning and development with additional expertise in organizational culture and diversity. She works as an Associate Professor at Cleveland State University in the Levin College of Public Affairs and Education. She teaches in the medical education for health professionals and adult learning and development master's programs as well as the Adult, Continuing, and Higher Education doctoral program. Her research has focused on the role of social identity affinity groups in higher education and organizations, particularly how they intersected with the organization's culture and facilitated learning, engaged in advocacy, and created social networks. In addition, she works as a consultant in the areas of organizational culture, diversity, and international medical education. Dr. Green earned a PhD and MS in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a MS in Human Resource Development from Florida International University.
