Zeynep Merve Ünal
received her PhD degree in organizational behavior from the Marmara University in 2017. Her research interests involve meaningful work, humor at workplace, workplace spirituality, employee engagement, person-job fit/person-organization fit. She has published various book chapters that are related to corporate social responsibility, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, meaningful job design and contemporary leadership in the new era of COVID-19.
