Lagnajita Chatterjee is currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Worcester State University. Their research currently focuses on digital marketing within contexts such as Fintech, Healthcare, Education, Fashion and Social Media. They are particularly interested in the psychological underpinnings of consumer decisions. Their work evolves experimental and survey methods with an aim of theory development and application identification.
