Özlem Çetin Öztürk

Özlem Çetin Öztürk received her Master's degree in Radio, Television, and Cinema from Lyon Lumière II University in France after graduating from Galatasaray University Faculty of Communication in 2008. She completed her Ph.D. at the Institute of Social Sciences of Marmara University, specializing in Communication Sciences. Her dissertation focuses on hacktivism in the context of social movements. She is actively pursuing her academic endeavors on social media and digital activism at Istanbul Gelisim University within the Department of New Media and Communication.
