Bhawana Bhardwaj (Ed.)
Bhawana Bhardwaj is a faculty member in HPKV Business School, School of Commerce and Management Studies, at Central University of Himachal Pradesh, India. She has 19 Years of teaching and research experience in OB and HRM. Throughout her education, she has been recognised for her merit and has received merit scholarships. She has contributed to the academic field as a dedicated academician and prolific writer by raising numerous social and organizational issues. She has published research papers and book chapters in prestigious national and international journals with international publishers such as Elsevier, Emerald, Taylor & Francis etc. She has presented papers as well as acted as a resource person in National and International conferences. She has also attended and organized numerous faculty development programs and workshops. As a resource person, she has been immensely appreciated by the organisers for her pedagogy and content. She has been conferred with “The Young Researcher Award” and National Budding Researcher Award and the “Education Excellence Award in Human Resource Management.” She has published books on Contemporary issues such as AI, Emotional Intelligence, Women Empowerment and Conflict Management. Her research interest includes Conflict Management, AI, GHRM, Skilled Migration and Organizational Ambidexterity.

Dipanker Sharma (Ed.)
Dipanker Sharma is a Head of the Department in HPKV Business School at Central University of Himachal Pradesh. He has total work experience of nineteen years and his area of interests are Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. With an illustrious industrial experience of over a decade as a Corporate Trainer with many renowned MNCs, his contribution to academia is unparalleled. Dr. Sharma’s academic career has been extraordinary. He has many patents and SCOPUS indexed books in his name. He has published research articles in nationally and internationally acclaimed journals with high cite scores and impact factor. He has presented research papers in several national and international conferences in and outside India. He has received National and International awards for his work. He has done short assignments in Asian countries like Hong Kong, Dubai, Bhutan, and Singapore and has taken up many research projects on women empowerment and related issues. He was conferred with the National Researcher award by Trigarth, Department of Tourism, in collaboration with Himachal Tourism, Government of Himachal Pradesh. His area of research includes migration studies, Brain Circulation of Human Capital, Leadership, Work-life Balance, Workforce Diversity and Knowledge Management.

Mohinder Dhiman (Ed.)
Mohinder Chand Dhiman is currently Professor, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India. He has also served as professor School of Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management, Central University of Himachal Pradesh. Dharamshala, H.P from 1-11-2022 to 30-11-2023. Dr. Mohinder Chand joined the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, Kurukshetra University as Lecturer in November 1993 and became Associate Professor in the same department in January, 2006 and subsequently joined as professor in Jan. 2009. Dr. Mohinder’s teaching interests have been in Travel Agency Management, HRM in Hospitality and Tourism, Hospitality Finance& Accounting, and Hospitality Strategic Management. As a part of his research program, Dr Mohinder has guided 20 PhD students and 8 M.Phil students, Dr. Mohinder has published more than 110 research papers in Tourism and Hospitality journals and other Journals & books of international repute Dr. Mohinder has authored/ co-authors / co-edited 14 books such as International Tourism and Hospitality in Digital Age (2015) IGI-publication USA , Opportunities and Challenges for Tourism and Hopsitality in The BRIC Nations ( 2016) IGI-publication USA, and International Travel Agency and Tour Operation Management (2019)- IGI- Global publication USA and AI and Emotional intelligence in Modern Business Management (2023) IGI- Global publication USA. Presently, he is editor of International Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Systems (Scopus Indexed). Dr. Mohinder is also serving as Editorial Board member of various international and national journals. He received his Ph.D. degree from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He is Vice –President, Indian Tourism and Hospitality Congress (ITHC) and also General Secretary of Indian Hospitality Congress (IHC).
