Author's/Editor's Biography

Enas Alqodsi (Ed.)
Enas Mohammed Al-Qodsi is an Assistant Professor at the College of Law, United Arab Emirates University, Al Qodsi has been promoted to Associate Professor of Private Law from Abu Dhabi University in 2022. She holds a PhD in Private Law from Cairo University, which she obtained with an excellent grade with honors, and has over 20 years of academic and professional experience. In her previous roles, Dr. Al-Qodsi served as a faculty coordinator at Abu Dhabi University's Faculty of Law and worked as a legal advisor at the Supreme Court of the Supreme Judicial Council in Palestine, where she provided legal opinions on various issues and prepared legal memoranda, Dr. Al-Qodsi has published 18 research papers in high-ranking international journals indexed in Scopus, including top 1, 5, and 9% journals, and she has an h-index of 5. Her scholarly work focuses primarily on civil law, civil responsibility law, contracts, consumer protection, sustainability, environmental protection, and artificial intelligence, Dr. Al-Qodsi's dedication and contributions to her field have been recognized with multiple awards and honors, including the Community Service Award from the Faculty of Law at Abu Dhabi University for the academic year 2019/2020 and the Teaching Award for 2020-2021 from the University of Abu Dhabi. Additionally, she has received several accolades and certificates of appreciation for excellence in research from the United Arab Emirates University. Al-Qodsi has actively participated in many international conferences with peer-reviewed papers and served on the scientific committees of several international conferences. She is also a member of the editorial boards of several Scopus-indexed journals and a certified reviewer for multiple Scopus-indexed journals, having peer-reviewed numerous research papers. She has received significant research funding from both Abu Dhabi University and the United Arab Emirates University. Her impactful research and dedication to legal scholarship contribute significantly to the field of law, both in the UAE and internationally.

Asma Abdallah (Ed.)
Asma Khaleel Abdallah , an experienced academic and practitioner, previously served as an Assistant Professor at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), College of Education, and at Abu Dhabi University before her tenure at Sharjah Education Academy (SEA). Specializing in Education Leadership with a Ph.D. from Jordan University, her career encompasses significant roles such as a high school principal in schools for gifted students, an inspector, and an educational consultant. Dr. Abdallah's research focuses on education administration, online learning, and teacher development, tackling innovative teacher licensing, diverse leadership styles, and the impact of COVID-19 on education. She has published extensively, contributing to various international journals and edited books. Her notable works include "Re-structuring Leadership for School Improvement and Reform" and numerous chapters on leadership, teacher empowerment, and inclusive education. At UAEU, she used to be part of the Schools Development Committee, where she evaluated educational programs, conducted needs assessments, and developed professional development strategies. Her dedication to enhancing educational methods and policies is evident in her accomplishments, such as receiving the Jordanian Independence Medal - First Class, and securing multiple research grants aimed at improving teaching, leadership, and assessment practices. Dr. Abdallah is known for her ability to integrate cutting-edge educational trends and best practices into her work, contributing to the field through her leadership and commitment to educational excellence. Fluent in Arabic and English, she brings a diverse and inclusive perspective to her work, continually striving to improve the quality of education. Dr. Asma Khaleel Abdallah currently continues her impactful work at Sharjah Education Academy in Sharjah, UAE.
