Norman Gwangwava (Ed.)
Dr. Norman Gwangwava: PhD in Industrial Engineering, with proficiency in Industrial and Product Design, Concurrent Engineering, and e-Manufacturing. LECTURER at the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST), department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. Has presented and published over 20 research papers at conferences and refereed journals. Research interests are in; Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems (RMS), Cyber-Physical Production Systems (CPS), Collaborative Product Design and Closed Loop Life-Cycle Systems, and Additive Manufacturing. Delivers short training programmes and offer consultancy in areas of Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Modular Product Design and Computer Based Applications in Engineering.

Michael Mutingi (Ed.)
Michael Mutingi is a Senior Lecturer in Industrial Engineering at the Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia. He is also a Senior Visiting Research Associate at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He obtained his PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He also holds a MEng and a BEng in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe, where he served as a Research Fellow and a Lecturer in Industrial Engineering. Michael Mutingi also served as a Research Associate at the National University of Singapore, Singapore, and a Lecturer at the University of Botswana, Botswana. His research interests include operations management, supply chain management, quality management, multi-criteria decision making, and operational excellence in healthcare. He has published two books and more than 90 articles in international journals and conference proceedings.
