Rabia Nazir (Ed.)
Rabia Nazir is currently working as Senior Scientific Officer in a reputable R&D organization named as Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) Laboratories Complex, Lahore, Pakistan. Nanotechnology is her specific field of interest and she is handling several R&D projects in that area pertaining to development of nanomaterials and nanocomposites with application in water and wastewater treatment, pharmaceuticals, health care etc. She is also the member of R&D committee and Commercialization committee of PCSIR where her work is to participate in planning , arranging and supporting programs for need based & market oriented research & development projects. She has completed 10 different projects that helped local industry and academia; utilizing the indigenous resources. She is an author of two books on Nanotechnology and has contributed two chapters in two other books published on Nanotechnology. She has 44 research publications in local and international reputed journals. She has supervised 42 research students in her career spanning over 16 years.
