Rassel Kassem holds a doctorate degree in business administration and currently is working in the field of strategic planning and institutional development in Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. He is a management advisor and lecturer with professional experience across government, semi-governmental and private institutions. Dr. Rassel is active in the field of quality, innovation, and business excellence, and serves as a mentor, team leader, examiner, and judge for awards in several countries. He published in the recent years a number of management books, academic research, and articles.
Mian Ajmal
Mian M. Ajmal is currently working as an Associate Professor of Management at Abu Dhabi University, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He also holds Research Fellowship position at Industrial Management department, University of Vaasa, Finland. He obtained Doctoral degree in Business Administration and Economics from University of Vaasa, Finland. He has been involved in several European Union research projects. His research interests pertain to knowledge, project and supply chain management; entrepreneurship; sustainability; and organizational behavior and culture. He has published more than 60 research articles in several internationally well-known journals.
