Analysis on Wireless Technologies and Application of Sensors in the Agriculture Sector
Abstract
Sensors are applied in various fields and can be used in everyday life. Sensors are devices which monitor the environment or collect the data and react based on the constraint which was specified. In many fields the application of sensors are tremendous. It checks the gas, heat, temperature, flow of fuel, velocity, grip, and so on. The same set of sensors can also be applied in the medical field to find temperature, blood pressure, and control the flow of medicine to the patient remotely. Using sensors, we can protect a building and living area from the fire or any disasters. In this chapter the authors analysed wireless technologies used by sensors and number of sensors applied in various field like agriculture, industry and day to day life. The importance of sensors is also discussed.
