To investigate the connection between sustainable talent management practices and their financial effect on firms, the researchers used a regression analysis. The results highlight the importance of investing in people, highlighting the link between good personnel management practices and financial benefit. The study's interacting effect is particularly noteworthy, as it suggests that focusing on people management and sustainability at the same time has a multiplier effect on financial impact.
