Theresa D. Neimann PhD in Adult Education from Oregon State University; MA in Theology from Trinity Saint David’s University, Wales UK; BS in Political Science and History from Eastern Oregon University; Certificate in Local Governance from Oregon Local Leadership Institute; She was Associate Editor for International Journal of Adult Vocational Education and Technology (IJAVET); she has many published chapters for Encyclopedia Strategic Leadership and Management, Adult Education and Vocational Training in the Digital Age, Theory and Practice of Adult and Higher Education (IJAVET). She has worked as a Freelance Writer; Editor at Zhejiang University Press, China; consultant and Instructor at Tongling No. 1 High School: International School Dept., Anhui, China; She has taught early childhood education classes at Shanghai Normal University, China and college writing at Xuchang Technical University, Xuchang, China. She has taught education courses at Oregon State University, Oregon. She has published several books. Uta Stelson (Ed.)

Uta M. Stelson holds a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Wayne State University and the Qualification for Holding Judicial Office in Germany. She studied Private and Public International Law as well as Conflict of Laws under notable legal scholars Prof. Mueller-Freienfels and Prof. Tiedemann at the University of Freiburg, Germany, Prof. Lüderitz at the University of Cologne, Germany, and Prof. Sedler at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She has been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1995, the Oregon State Bar in 2004, and to the U.S. District Court of Michigan (Eastern District) in 1995. She has worked for many years in her private practice in law, but now devotes her time to education and has focused on adult basic education and GED instruction in Oregon at several community colleges as well as in prison and jail settings. She is an associate of English Consulting Group in Bay City, Oregon and currently teaches Civics, Literature, and Academic Writing in the International Program of Juhe No. 4 Experimental Middle School in Nanjing, Jioangsu Province, China. She is also a freelance author focusing on topics related to higher education. Her professional memberships included: State Bar of Michigan, Oregon State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association. She has volunteered extensively with the German Red Cross, the Renter's Appeals Committee of the University of Michigan, the FISH Food Pantry in Roseburg, Oregon, the Tillamook County Women's Resource Center in Oregon, and her faith community, both in Michigan and in Oregon.
