The book also introduces frameworks such as the Jungian Personality Framework and the Toulmin Argumentation Framework, as well as the work of Melanie Klein and John Bowlby, to understand the acceptance of inquiry systems that provide the necessary knowledge to cope with complexity effectively.

The book stresses the importance of acknowledging and accepting our contribution to the complexity and messiness of the world and taking responsibility for our actions and inactions. It emphasizes that coping with complexity is an ongoing process that requires intense cooperation and collaboration with others and a willingness to learn, apply, and reapply the tools and strategies presented.
