Jill Stefaniak is an assistant professor in the Learning, Design, and Technology program in the Department of Career and Information Studies at the University of Georgia. Her research interests focus on the professional development of instructional designers, instructional design decision-making, and contextual factors that implicate performance. She has experience in leading performance improvement initiatives in healthcare administration, patient safety, medical education, and higher education settings.
