Usability and Emotional Obstacles in
Abstract
Emotions are big effectors to all the anxiety towards technology and it is a factor we must take into account when discussing e-learning. Emotions are necessarily are involved when people are choosing whether to use the technology or not and how to use it. The E-learning courses have higher dropping out rates than the traditional courses taught in classrooms. Nevertheless, human emotions are not independent of human cognitions. Therefore, we investigate here how cognitive difficulties affect on emotional stances in e-learning on the ground of feedback collected from an e-learning course.
