Abstract

In this essay, the supply chain of petrochemical sector is going to be analysed in three business areas: operational, product and marketing. The main focus of this work is upon competences in the following processes of operational area: quality control of product and process, supply management, logistic and information system for the integrated management of the productivity chain of petrochemical sector. These processes may be analysed through exploratory research of the business members of the supply chain in the region of Campinas, mapping the needs of competences utilizing specific software for the management of development of such competences.
