Ebtihaj Ahmed Al A'ali is an Associate Professor, Department of Management and Marketing, College of Business Administration, University of Bahrain. She holds a PhD degree in industrial psychology and industrial sociology from Lancaster University, United Kingdom. She is a founder of Bahrain management society, working with United Nations Development Programme and UNIDO on project basis.



Meryem Masmoudi (Ed.)
Meryem Masmoudi is Assistant Professor of Management at the Applied Science University, Kingdom of Bahrain. She holds a PhD in Management from University of Tunis (2013). She has been involved in teaching and research in the areas of management, organizational change and development and management science. Meryem has published research papers in top international refereed journals (ANOR, JORS, ITOR, INFOR). She is a member of the International Society on Multiple Criteria Decision Making, the Tunisian Decision Aid Society and INFORMS Bahrain International Group.
